I just found out about this, releasing today, 4/21/26. The Famous Studio Champion Collection Blu-Ray restores and collects 18 cartoons from the 1940s-50s, including 2 Little Lulu shorts, and early appearances by Little Audrey, Baby Huey, & Casper!

Among the various restaurant deals themed for today, KFC's "Pot pie and a drink for $4.20" is a good value, and very tasty. I hadn't had one of their pot pies in ages, and was quite happy with it.

The actual one looks better than this. Larger, with a flat, glossy, flaky crust.

Jeff was at the matinee for OH, MARY!; his 9th time seeing the show. He adores Hannah Solow, and we knew that she would be performing the role of Mary Todd Lincoln this weekend. It's his 3rd time seeing her as Mary, and would love to see her as Mary's Chaperone. $77 through TodayTix.

My friend Bro & his friends are part of the 501st Legion, & dress as Star Wars characters at the show. I stopped to talk to him for a few, & still left the show after 25 minutes and 3 circuits of the hall.

2 issues of LOUDER THAN WORDS by Sergio Aragones, and MARVEL PREMIERE #43 featuring Paladin.

He told me it was $33, and I thanked him for having all books in alphabetical order. He thanked me for giving him exact change. I told him that I'm an old man, and exact change is a big thing for me. Looking now, I got 34 books, so he miscounted.

The first AMBUSH BUG mini from 1984, and YEAR NONE.

Everything I bought was from the same dealer. The majority of his stuff was $1 books, & everything pictured here were from those boxes. Maybe because of having to reschedule, but I didn't see as many dealers or attendees at this show as I'm used to seeing.

RETAIL THERAPY! Attended a small local comic show one town over today. It had been rescheduled from earlier in the year when we were hit with a huge snowstorm. I've been to their shows before, and like them.

I am hoping that Jeff wants to go see SCHMIGADOON!, and that he can get me Alex Brightman's autograph.

I understand. I like and buy a lot of vinyl, but when I go to listen to something, it's going to be a CD, or an online radio station.

This is the double post I messaged about.

I know. I try to get as many of the Record Store Day releases that are issued on CD, and wish that many more came out in that format.

Today is a busybusy day. It's Record Store Day, where independent retailers have lots of exciting exclusive records, CDs, and merch today.

Hopefully will have time to photo other stuff later, but I bought the RSD exclusive Hello Kitty & Ozzy Osbourne figures manufactured by Handmade by Robots
