Email from Capitol Resource Institute (the group behind Take Back the Classroom). It reads: "We’re in for a loud day tomorrow with LGBTQIA++ protests, demonstrations, and events. April 10 is National Day of (NO) Silence, and they want to be sure we hear them. The 2026 Day of Silence is on Friday, April 10, 2026. Led by GLSEN and students nationwide, participants take a vow of silence to protest the bullying and silencing of LGBTQ+ students in schools. The action often involves wearing tape over mouths, with many organizing "breaking the silence" rallies. Oddly enough, the day of NO silence started out well…silent. Back in the late 90’s a few students at the University of Virginia started the National Day of Silence as part of a class project on non-violent protests. Soon after, the day was hijacked - like so many other things - by the LGBTQIA++ crowd, and the second Friday in April became known as the National Day of Silence during which students can show support for LGBTQIA++ peers by taking a vow of silence. Not content with having a peaceful, quiet day, activist group GLSEN (the Gay, Lesbian, Straight Education Network) “evolved” the day into National Day of NO Silence. Activists around the country will be getting loud in public schools to protest laws that protect children from being medically and surgically castrated, to speak out against parental rights, and to ensure that all children are brought into sexual conversations from birth."
Second half of the email from Capitol Resource Institute reads "So what can we do to drown out the craziness of yet another rainbow mafia holiday? On this Day of NO Silence, we will also be heard. We’ll be calling our legislators to insist they do more to remove filth from schools. We’ll be investigating more school districts to uncover pornographic books. We’ll be training more volunteers to do the hard work of cleaning up school bookshelves around the country. We’ll be creating more content that will wake up Americans to the grooming in our schools. And most of all, we’ll be sending up prayers of thanks for the support of people like you, who make all this work possible. "
Tomorrow is National Day of Silence, and the bigots are planning to be very loud about it.
