1st : Imagine you most elementary AC/DC power supply.
120 AC volts to 60 DC volts via stepdown transformer outputting to bridge rectifier running parallel out to ~1000uf smoothing capacitors, then power out Vout 60 VDC.
2nd : Lose the capacitors. Replace transformer with coil anttenna.

Here's a dark thought, admitly :

How come we ceased the development of the neutron bomb.
It would only, after all, eliminate an enemy army with minimal
damage to infrastructure.
