Tonight I gave a public lecture in the City Hall in Bonn as you (should) do if you are a publicly funded prof. The women all showed up on time (really, just women at first). The men piled in late. Who do you think dominated the discussion and even questioned the point of my research? Not the women.
STUBB: I would prefer, in the long run, to see Ukraine in NATO. I mean, what are the biggest conventional militaries in Europe right now? They're Turkey, Ukraine, Poland, and Finland. Should we not use this? And we have to understand that the Russian threat is not going away.
