Car-T can get across blood brain. We see this with anti-CD20 antibodies in MS, they act in the periphery not in the brain

It is estimated that only 0.1% to 0.3% of a systemically administered (intravenous) antibody crosses the blood-brain barrier (BBB) to enter the central nervous system (CNS). The BBB is designed to restrict large molecules (like antibodies, which are ~150 kDa) from passing across the BBB.

Your anti-ageing stack should include this vaccine The shingles vaccine seems to reduce the risk of dementia. There is speculation that it might slow down ageing

We live in a bizarre world where longevity influencers tell millions to take rapamycin, sit in hyperbaric oxygen chambers, blast themselves with red light therapy, and take 50+ supplements daily. Meanwhile something that cuts dementia risk by 20% Is invisible.

He is done and dusted in Ilford North. Circa 500 majority without a scandal, not going to cut it next time around...Back to student politics or advising private health care companies. His conduct and ties to New Labour and the Prince of Darkness will be his downfall.

Suella Braverman’s parents emigrated (those horrible economic migrants not from a war zone she hates).

She went to Cambridge for free and didn’t collect £27k debt like everyone else. Scrounger.

She used the Erasmus scheme to study in France. Which she has blocked.

Horrible.

Nah, Glastonbury tickets are easy to get. I have many students that are qualified as dentists overseas and have done a MSc here in the UK, but just cannot click fast enough to get a limited spot...If you want to fix the problem it is easy. If you do not want to fix it...it is even easier.

Dharmendra passed away aged 89. This was the classic Indian Spaghetti western. If you were an Indian heritage teenager in the UK in the 70's, this was a must see movie. photos.app.goo.gl/R3WjJRz5Wwzq...
