Made bread on Saturday, basic white loaf but subbed 75g of white for rye flour, I used Maltina (Nigerian malt drink from tesco) instead of water and it tastes fantastic, it's rich, malty, moist with a tiny hint of sweetness to it.

Just got back in to comics and trying organise them in calibre, trying to find the metadata is a nightmare, so many single issues flag as volume 1 not issue #1. It's like amazon purged all the single issue data.
After two back to back frozen shoulders, a lot of physio and gym work, I just managed to get a bar on to my shoulders and perform a weighted squat!
So fecking pleased with myself.
