Finally had a bit of time to play with multi-GPU deconvolution. Using @truenorth-ia.bsky.social and @haesleinhuepf.bsky.social previous work.
Here it is in action in #BigDataViewer using async and lazy processing. Look at the two poor laptop GPUs going as fast as they can:
Depends for what I guess, I'm using Codeium for coding, using the free version and I'm quite happy with it so far.

You will be informed of your participation on 2025-04-07.
As is our signature, programming knowledge is not required π», but an eagerness to learn is welcome! What is important is your biological question and a motivating cover letter to get your application noticed!
Hands-on sessions will be dedicated to well-established open source tools βπ with an emphasis on creating reproducible workflows.
25 candidates will join our amazing group of instructors locally sourced (through SwissBIAS, and across Europe), and tool developers in order to work with modern bioimage analysis toolsπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ
