Veggie here, my suggestions would be : Marinated and grilled portobellos or mushroom shish-ka-bobs, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, tofu (smoked or firm) hallumi cheese. With a pita and different dips, hummus, babaganoush. Tbh ... as a veggie I usually bring something I can eat. Happy Chacutierie!

The Stealthy Far-Right Campaign to Recruit Young Men | The Tyee ‘Active Clubs’ promote health and self-improvement. With a side of white nationalism.

Active Clubs contribute to the rise of a new form of white nationalism: less overtly political, more cultural and therefore more difficult for law enforcement — but also parents, educators and civil society — to detect and challenge.

I saw a strongly worded letter floating around reddit recently from Alberta Federation of Labour (I think)- about not invoking the Not Withstanding Clause. This is not over and interesting to see what happens here. In solidarity!

We call that game stealth tongue. My Golden is a master at it and my kids like to tease her by seeing how close they can get - so silly.

Thing is this dude could totally book at larger churches if he wanted to. It's really his promoters and agents he should be mad at-they were vague about the booking and then "surprised" when they were cancelled.Tbh Don't share this stuff-it's just rage bait. It ultimately makes him more money.

This is an opinion article and not much substance - more a lament about Carney keeping the status quo. I do think it's quick to judge here as I think some of the ground work is being set out to switch. But it takes a lot of money too so I can see why we are not shooting the cash cow yet.

NDP needs some sound leadership to help them now that Jagmeet Singh has stepped down. They might be overplaying their hand - toppling the Gov will make them weaker. As an NDP supporter this looks bad. Hope they channel Layton and get back some sense.
