Archaeologist Sir Leonard Woolley found an alabaster disk (pictured) with inscription on the back identifying Enheduanna as the wife of Nanna (likely referring to her role as entu, or high priestess) and daughter of Sargon of Akkad.

We know this from the documents attributed to her, such as in religious texts, such as the "Exaltation of Inanna," the "Temple Hymns," & she may have possibly authored ⁰"Inanna and Ebih." The archaeological record also has inscriptions that have been found identifying her.

In this case, Sigyn catches the venomous, acid-like drip from the serpent’s fangs above her bound husband Loki. When she empties the bowl, he gets burned by the drip & that in turn causes earthquakes.

Gallehus horn replica pin.

I own a replica pin of the Gallehus horns, something I wear in ritual or in circumstances where words matter, like during interviews for news or research, in court, or using my words at a protest. We lay down wyrd when we speak over the horn. 🗣

As to the Gallehus Horns, they were stolen and melted down. Fortunately, casts had been made, so recreations from those casts are on display at a variety of Scandinavian related museums around the world.

I picked her up as a horn maiden. :)

It's a Royal Copenhagen figure, depicting the historical story of a girl named Kirsten Svendsdatter who found one of the Gallehus horns in 1639 and became a bit of a folk hero by writing the King of the time to inform him of the discovery, and gave the horn to him.

I gasped when I found it in a shop in Aarhus, Denmark. 😍
