Working on getting the base dress wearable. Got it mostly sewn and the neckline figured out. Goal is for the base dress and obi to be wearable later this week.

I caved and ordered a lighter warm purple vinyl for the lineart vinyl after looking at some more kimono examples and pinned some black lace on to see if it would change my opinion on the contrast. I think it's just too cartoon-y looking and it's bugging me.

Started doing heat transfer vinyl work for the wisteria vines for my Shinobu skirting. Looking at it again, I kind of wish I used a lighter metallic purple for the lineart vinyl for it to have a softer look. Debating if I should take a gamble and change it 🫠

Gradient dyed the long skirt panels for Shinobu! Hoping to start adding my wisteria vine details later this week.
