I've always been a massive advocate for the 20mph speed limits in London, but I've never been so personally thankful for it.
Lower speed limits in urban centres save lives!
I share that fear with the way my industry is going - here in solidarity with you.
Had some X-rays done! Everything looks good, though slightly worryingly, it looks like I might have a spooky skeleton inside of me
Thank you!!

Haha thanks Tom! I think this is my way of processing it - thankfully feeling mostly normal now, just a bit sore
Granted 🫡
Anyways, if anyone is curious how the scene looked, I did a quick doodle
Haha hopefully that's offset by me getting him a much more robust harness and lead! Thank you! 🥰
I will, going to call them now ❤️
That's a good idea, I will do ❤️
This makes me so happy to read! 🥰
My dog, Dante, safe and sound.
We're both OK, though I think I may have been in shock for a bit. I took most of the impact with my arm and side - I'm probably going to bruise up pretty bad, but I'm just glad my boy is safe and sound. Here he is - he's going to be getting SO many cuddles and treats. (2/2)
So I just got hit by a car. My dingus son pulled himself off his lead and ran straight into traffic and I desperately ran after him. He, of course, did a 180 in the middle of the road and ran back to the pavement, leaving me to get absolutely bonked by a (thankfully quick-to-brake) car. (1/2)
Thank you!!
When I first set up my ball python's vivarium, I included two distinct types of isopod, small grey ones and large orange ones. A few months in, I noticed there were no more orange ones and assumed they went extinct.
Today, two years later, I lifted up the water bowl to discover a huge orange one!!
Megalodon more like Megalodon't
(beautiful piece as always!!)

Given we had Velociraptor Awareness Day. Did you know, many species of famous theropods were named after Polish women in palaeontology. Velociraptor osmolskae & Citipati osmolskae are named after Halszka Osmólska, a Mongolian dinosaur expert, responsible for describing Deinocheirus and Gallimimus.

From another dino-loving trans lady: you are an inspiration ❤️
Exciting news! Screenwriter, producer and director, Tim Haines, will be hosting a talk about the upcoming miniseries Surviving Earth at #DinoConUK 2026!
Tim is best known as the creator for the incredibly popular BAFTA and Emmy award-winning series Walking with Dinosaurs.
Result from the Zechstein sea #paleostream! This famous deposit from the late Permian of Central Europe (mostly Germany) has a special place in paleontology history and incidentally has a locality not even a km from where I sit right now.
Hello?????
