Currently my main thing is 100 push ups either every day or every other day. Just to keep things moving, since I’m always just sitting at home to make art for work

I’m getting back into a very informal at-home exercise routine this year - cliché I know - but I started up again today and it feels great. I fell out of it hard at the end of 2024 (also wasn’t feeling very creative) but we’re getting it back 🙌🏻🖤🤘🏻 Also, does this count as a thirst trap?
