Our study provides evidence for the validity & reliability of the PL-C Quest among boys and girls in UK primary schools. PL-C Quest can be used by practitioners & researchers alike to assess children’s perceived physical literacy to provide measurable impact on practice, programmes, and policy.

We used the original PL-C Quest with over 600 children in England. The PL-C Quest items loaded on overall physical literacy as well as each of the physical, social, psychological, & cognitive physical literacy domains.

Children’s activity levels remain stable but significant and sustained action required | Sport England Sport England release their latest Active Lives Children and Young People survey results for Academic Year 2023-24.

Sport England's annual Active Lives Survey for children published today: www.sportengland.org/news-and-ins.... Headlines are that self-reported PA has remained stable overall & across groups. IMO the most interesting stuff is in the linked data tables showing local/regional data.
