I’m putting those reasons on all three of the men I mentioned, btw. They all did multiple of those things.

After he left, things still could’ve worked out but Treliving was aimless and timid (to put it bluntly). He let the roster wither away.

Yup. A coach can do a lot for shot share. Whether that turns goals is down to talent and other factors.

From what I read it was how Treliving handled the deadline is what got him fired. The fact is, it always takes too long to fire incompetent people because they shouldn’t have been hired in the first place.
