And for all the pluripotency enthusiasts out there, I think it will be incredibly exciting to unravel pluripotency gene regulatory networks across as many species as possible!

There’s still a lot of work to be done, which makes this field all the more exciting. I hope that one day there will be embryonic stem cells from all species (gotta stay optimistic!). Maybe they might even assist ongoing efforts by the biodiversity and conservation community on species conservation!
