That being said, I'm going to get back to streaming and recording soon after I get all my new gear and set it up. I'd love to see suggestions on what games to play!
Even though I have multiple ways to capture or play retro games, I want to play on original hardware as much as i can! I'm sure in the future when I have an ongoing income that I can figure out a way to capture retro systems with the PCIe capture card, but until then, I'll keep using what I've got.
I've decided not to upgrade to a PCIe card because, while it would conveniently free up a usb port, improving usb bandwidth and capture quality and performance, it doesn't have an adapter to capture retro systems.
I finally moved my desk into the living room and thanks to my wonderful uncle was able to pay off a debt and get some new equipment that will allow me to hook up even more systems to my capture card.
The would-you-ratherizer continues to be built, and every week it becomes better and more fun. I'm really looking forward to people using it and sharing their favorite meals online! I almost want to publish the website before it's finished but I CANT.
But look, a halfway edible meal!
