Day 1, week 13, getting to the half marathon! About 2 miles into the 5 miles I somehow stepped wrong and my left ankle decided to start hurting. Had to head back home and only got 3 miles into. Icing it now! Fun!!

36 freestyle laps completed in the lap pool. Took about a min break between laps, but I did it! That was insanely difficult for me, but I got it done! #swimming #training #lifetimefitness
Working on Ironman ratio training. For every mile you run, you have to bike 4.27 miles and swim 6.45 laps in the pool (lap = 25 yards). So if I ran 5.5 miles yesterday, I need to bike 23.51 miles and swim 35.47 laps. So today was the bike and tomorrow is the laps. #roadbike #training #trekbikes
