SIPTU ambulance workers’ survey reveals lack of confidence in HSE to address welfare issues
The results of SIPTU’s survey illustrate the mood of NAS members, where morale seems to be at an all-time low, and our members feel their voices are being unheard by senior management of the HSE.
“There simply are not enough Advanced Paramedics on the road responding to 999 calls to meet the demand,” Tim said.
This is just one of the concerns that our members in the National Ambulance Service (NAS) are currently facing.
