REGARDING THIS, I wanted to give an update that my car was indeed able to be fixed thanks to everyone's help here!
I'm taken aback by how y'all were able to help me with this words cannot express my relief of having a normal working car
that bill got me altogether 240$ behind on electric, internet & rent (+5 for payp fees +12 i lose convertin to my bank)
