She's done! I put a bit of a breakdown of the feather blending on my Artstation but the quick explanation is feathers have 2 UV sets: 1 mapped to feather texture, 1 mapped to body texture with UVs transferred from the body. Vertex colour drives the blend. #b3d #3DArtist
