So excited to be featured along with some friends in the fifth episode of Itst yidish, a (mostly) Yiddish-language production of Swedish public television. Stream this episode (Bald kumt shabes) and the seven other ones online for free! It's a lovely documentation of Yiddish life in New York today.

It was a dream come true to work as an RA at the @yiddishbookcenter.bsky.social 's Great Jewish Books high school program, which had ignited my own love for Yiddish when I participated in 2016. I met and taught incredible teens, alongside my wonderful co-RAs (pictured below)!
Registration is now open for #Yiddish classes and #klezmer workshops at the Workers Circle. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, there’s something for everyone this summer. Don’t miss your chance to make this summer better with Yiddish. Register today: shorturl.at/kVg8D
I will be teaching a beginner Yiddish class this summer on Zoom for the Workers Circle. Tuesdays 6:30 – 8:00 PM. June 24, July 1, 8, 15, 22. Please spread the word, and let me know if you have any questions!

Moderated my first in-person book talk! It was a pleasure to discuss An American Girl Anthology: Finding Ourselves in the Pleasant Company Universe with co-editors @justineodashs.bsky.social and @kchysmith.bsky.social at @portersqbooks.bsky.social in Cambridge on Friday.
Yesterday, I took my students from my Boston Workers Circle and Lehrhaus beginner Yiddish classes to the @yiddishbookcenter.bsky.social, where I first learned Yiddish. It was a dream come true for me as a teacher! We enjoyed a great tour of the museum and the special collections vault.
Happy 10th birthday to @ingeveb.bsky.social ! I have had the pleasure of publishing several pieces with In geveb since 2021. Please consider contributing to help In geveb continue to support and compensate writers and provide their excellent free content to us all!

This academic year, I gave various talks on feminist Yiddish culture and literature to student groups at Mount Holyoke, MIT, and Wellesley. I also spoke twice at Brandeis, once for the Reform chavurah and once for the Yiddish class. It was a pleasure to meet so many brilliant college students!
