I've been playing around with much bigger viewing windows. It really changes the feel of the game! It shifts the feel to more exploration / teleportation focused and less action / fighting.
Just goes to show the importance of camera angles!

Revisiting An Old Prototype
I made a shoot'em up called Space Dichotomy, where it's important to decide when to shoot and in what direction.
You collect fuel by releasing the shoot button, so you cannot shoot non stop, otherwise you lose fuel, and lose the game.
