Remukko & Eki stumble upon a tear in the boundry of the comic itself. Remukko inspects it closely, while Eki keeps her distance. "Remukko! Lay off that, who KNOWS what that could even be...!" Eki said. Remukko responded with a simple "Hm...", as if not listening to her at all. And suddenly, he began to whack the tear back into place. The style of the comic shifts between various art styles referencing previous comics and media, before settling back to normal. The tear in the comic has now been somewhat patched up, still bumpy from the beating Remukko has given it. "There we go, good as new!" He exclaimed. "Y'done complaining now?" Eki was dizzy and sick, only managing to respond with sickened noises.

Remukko & Eki find a tear within time and space itself... how will they fix it?

The scene opens over a Valentines Day festival that's happening within Cliffside Village, Eki's home town. She looks at everybody carrying gifts and spreading love with a jealous look on her face. "Oh, Valentines day... A day where the entirety of Cliffside Village hosts a big festival where everyone can confess their love for each other..." "Ugh... Well, everyone, except for me!" Eki thought to herself. "I can't believe it, I'm the prettiest girl in this whole town! What does a girl like me gotta do to get the recognition I deserve?" As she pondered to herself, Remukko walked past her on the street. He was carrying a boquet and two fairly sized gifts... Did he have a valentine, and not her?!

Eki grabbed Remukko by his scarf and yanked him in her direction, deciding to interrogate him. "Remukko! Where in the WORLD did you get those gifts from?! You couldnt have... just...!" Eki struggled to get her words as Remukko glanced at her with an unamused look, so she stammered out the rest of her words. "Who did you steal those from?!" Remukko looked at her in confusion, before deciding to explain himself in a matter of fact manner. "These? Really? If you gotta know, me and the other Jawbreakers have been making gifts for each other. Y'know, as friends." Remukko revealed. Turns out he didn't have a valentine all along, and he thought today was just a day to share gifts with his friends. Eki let go of Remukko's scarf and turned away with a huff. "Good for you..." she muttered as she continued, "I didn't even get anything for valentines." Remukko didn't seem to care as he walked away, lifting one hand and shoulder in a shrugging gesture. "Whatever. Enjoy your loneliness epidemic." He stated as he walked away.

When the Valentines festival rolls around town, some see it as a day to confess their love. Though for certain other individuals, they fail to see it that way...
