Don’t. Print. Lies. In. The. Newspaper.

The actual existing Democrats gained two seats in the House in 2024, & they would have won control were it not for the late, illegal GA/NC gerrymandering.

I do think tech companies are underestimating the amount of
- new account fatigue
- new app fatigue
- useless upgrade fatigue
- terms of service fatigue

Digital drawing in white ink against a black background of a sweet donkey in profile facing left. Only their head and neck are visible and their short, upright mane is "dyed" the pink, blue and white of the trans pride flag.

Almost time for #TransArtMay, which is a thing I made up where I draw mostly animals of all kinds with the trans pride flag colors incorporated in some fashion.

What kinds of creatures would you like to see? Insects, fish, birds, mammals, invertebrates etc welcome! I could use ideas, help me out?

25 years ago, I joined a cable access movie review show titled THE REEL DEAL. Our time slot (Wednesdays at 10PM) had us sharing studio space with Alex Jones' cable access Inforwars TV show. So every week we would be setting up as he and his crew broke down. Seeing this is mind blowingly surreal.

If you read one article today, READ THIS. Roberts is the source from which all flows.

There are many reasons I believe in the separation of Church and State and "you can't disagree with the head of state, that's against theology" is probably the most prominent "absolutely not" scenario.

Does anybody remember when teen pregnancy was a huge boogeyman of the right? They had all these purity dances and whatnot?

Pepperidge Farms remembers.

🎥 NEW: When Hungary's Viktor Orban lost his election, he accepted the result. When Trump loses, he cries foul — and his base follows.

@marcelias.bsky.social explains why the GOP denies election results, what Orban's defeat can teach us and how a movement can defeat Trump👇 https://bit.ly/4mtUioZ

Billionaires get paid in stock worth billions.

They use that stock as collateral to borrow billions.

They use those borrowed billions to buy everything, including media outlets which then pump bullshit like this to keep you in the dark about the tax loopholes designed just for them.

Eliminating Electoral College favored by majority of Americans | Pew Research Center 63% of U.S. adults say the way the president is elected should be changed so that the winner of the popular vote nationwide wins the presidency.

In surveys, a majority of Americans favor allowing the popular vote, not the Electoral College, to determine who becomes president. But Democrats are far more supportive of the idea than Republicans.

I've written before about how USAID was the first government agency killed by conspiracy theory. This confirms it.

When you add it all up, the collapse in immigration looks like this: a decline of roughly 50K for illegal (even including the people arrested and not released) and a decline of about 132K for legal. Over 70% of the cut in immigration has come from LEGAL immigration.

Reporter: Did you post that picture of yourself depicted as Jesus Christ?

Trump: It wasn't a depiction. I did post it and I thought it was me as a doctor. And had to do with red cross as a red cross worker, which we support and only the fake news could come up with that one.

Black-and-white 1922 studio portrait of astronomer Annie Jump Cannon in profile, facing left. She is a middle-aged woman with her hair styled in an elegant, voluminous Gibson-girl updo with soft curls framing the top and sides. She wears a lace-trimmed blouse with intricate floral embroidery on the shoulders and sleeves. The photograph has a classic, softly lit, formal quality typical of early 20th-century portrait photography.

Whew!

Hillary Clinton this morning on the US-Iran talks that fell apart:

“This is hard, disciplined effort that has to go into diplomacy to reach any results. And I don’t see this administration either wanting to do it or, frankly, being capable of doing it…”
