Il y a 3 ans disparaissait Leiji Matsumoto, l'auteur de Space Pirate Captain Harlock (Albator) et Galaxy Express 999. A Kitakyûshû où un musée lui est en partie dédié, il existe un monorail aux couleurs de Galaxy Express.

Le 22 février, c'est la journée du chat au Japon.

Le 3 mars c'est Hina Matsuri au Japon, la journée consacrée aux petites filles. Il est de tradition d'exposer des poupées représentant la cour impériale à l'époque Heian. Si elles peuvent être installées à l'avance, la superstition veut que les poupées doivent être rangées à la fin de la journée.

Aujourd'hui c'est le dernier jour de circulation d'un TFS en Île-de-France. Un petite cérémonie de départ a été organisée à Saint-Denis.
