It was a pleasure to have hosted a PL session for 30 educators from the EiM education group. My session focused on ‘The GTT: From Principles to Practice’ - aiming to bridge the gap between educational research and classroom practice. @evidencebasededu.bsky.social

I am pleased to announce that I have just been awarded an NPQ for Leading Teacher Development from the DfE. All the hard work throughout the course has finally paid off. Excited to see how I can apply the knowledge and skills that I learned moving forward.
