Stewed fish…tender and savoury with just a touch of salt and pepper to taste, as my Mother taught me to cook it. Food is such a link to our past. 🙏🏻

Fall is slowly moving in. The different shades of green are giving way to the fiery shades of brilliant reds here on our West coast, and muted yellows are taking over on our North coast. We do live in such a beautiful place.
