Awesome! Remember, it's a marathon not a sprint! When you drop the ball with your schedule (it will happen), just find the fun parts and do that 🙂 the schedule will bounce back naturally.

What are they finding is too technical for them? I usually find that folks get the hang of it pretty quick, but it does require sitting down and working it out for 15 mins or so. It can be easier if you have someone in a scrum master role to help things along (ie the project manager if you're small)
