Toriel watering a sunlit patch of golden flowers within the Ruins. The training Dummy is chilling behind her. Napstablook is laying down, crying a single tear with a slice of pie nearby. Flowey is hiding among the flowers near the rest of the pie with a suspicious bite taken out of it. The piece is framed with colorful squares, vines, branches, and imagery of Souls, falling leaves and early Monsters. The flower patch seems to form the shape of 10, for Undertale's 10th Anniversary.

A spotlight shines on a ventriloquist dummy version of the character Bill Cipher as he stands inside of a fortune-telling machine at the Mystery Shack and stares down at the viewer creepily. The ambient lighting is a moody pink and purple, with eerie mist creeping out from the bottom of the machine. The top of the machine reads "Puppet Psychic", and above the glowing red "One Dollar insert coins" slot is a crumpled handwritten and taped sign from Stan Pines that reads "Absolutely NO refunds!" in red writing. A slightly older Mabel (with shorter hair and no braces) and older Dipper (with pimples, wearing Wendy's hat) are reflected in the glass of the machine.
