Ensure text is readable in data visualizations and information graphics. Small text is generally harder to read, and should be avoided where possible. Make sure the text is not obstructed by other chart elements, and has sufficient contrast against its background.

Exactly, maybe that’s his “normal”. But as someone who used to do PR work, like corporate news and stock market stuff, he is giving off bad vibes causing speculation. Maybe his PR staff just needs to coach him. You don’t want to spook the investment community or have rumors spreading negative news.
I have outer ring family member with severe adhd and he sometimes gets this way. However, when that happens a loved one in his life steps in and helps him reevaluate meds. Maybe this guy doesn’t have that in his life or is ignoring it? Clearly looks like he needs some help watching this video.
