This tweet is highly defamatory and Martina Navratilova should be fired from BBC Sport for it.

It demonstrates an horrendous level of hatred for a trans woman (who was cleared of all wrongdoing in a recent tribunal) because she is a trans woman.

So is it just okay now for the Home Secretary to tell voters who disagree with her hardline immigration policies to ‘fuck right off’? Is that what this Labour government has become? The party is beneath contempt. I hope it’s destroyed at the election

She rolls her eyes dismissively at anyone who uses the word “woke” as an insult. “I say, ‘do you know what ‘woke’ really means?’. It means enlightened, that’s its derivation. It’s just like the Enlightenment.”
