Delighted to announce that our Healthcare team have won regularisation approval for building works in another High Risk Building (Hospital). As one of the first in the UK to navigate the Building Safety Regulator system, LED have developed a specialism in this area. Well done team! @SaveourNHS @BSR

Government recently confirmed 250 Neighbourhood Health Centres as part of a prevention focused 10 Year Health Plan. The LED Healthcare Team, who are currently delivering redevelopment projects across six GP surgeries looked at how the approach has been received by the wider community. zurl.co/5QOBs

Millfield School library roof nearing completion. Providing a much needed uplift to the original 1980's building, with increased thermal comfort, wonderful natural light, sensor controlled passive ventilation and no more leaks!

LED Architects have won planning permission for upgrading the Arts Building at Badminton School! The project will deliver a new insulated zinc roof and glazed canopy with large PV array and rooflights. Providing Badminton School with a unique multi-use exhibition and teaching space for fine art.

We are pleased to announce that Phase 3 of our farmhouse re-development in Somerset has obtained planning consent. In need of significant regeneration, the client will now create 3 dwellings & a new farm office. A retrofit project using fabric renewal & adaptation to save & futureproof a building.🚀

LED Architects are delighted to have achieved Full Planning Permission and Advertising Consent for the Wincanton Cinema project.

This is the full refurbishment of a former 1930’s heritage asset, set within a Conservation Area, creating a new 3 screen cinema. Due to open before Christmas.

Major refurbishment at the Main Library for Millfield School, Somerset continues at pace. The whole roof is being upgraded with new finishes, insulation and glazing. #retrofit, #reuse, #redevelop.

Progress update No2. After such beautiful weather, it’s was too windy today to erect the steel frame, will have to wait.

[2of2] areas retain the character of the original building. This is complemented by new single storey elements that are distinctly contemporary. The new farmhouse is now fossil fuel free, run on the farm’s central solar facility with all its drainage linked to a central reed bed filtration system.
