Just started in a secondary after working in Pri and middle. V high PP. Teaching groups include tiny bottom sets. Ss struggle with basic skills, attendance & focus. Rewarding & challenging work but interested to know what's worked for others?

Look around at the alternatives in other countries or parties. It's chaotic everywhere. Where's the candidate that makes all the problems go away.

I don't get where all the hate for Starmer comes from. He can't win whichever way he turns. Media and politicians addicted to drama and revolution. His own backbenchers more interested in kicking him than governing.
