Are they losing a show. Ironic if Anaheim ends up stealing another NorCal show (Wondercon used to be up there)

I love the Scott Dunbier appearance in Minimum Wage. Back in his art dealer days. I would take a whole book.of that.

I know I goof on that show as an Art Comics vs Capes and Cowls Comic bit, but a good show. I also picked up Ben Passmore's Black Arms To Hold You Up which was really great. I have 3books coming from the library from the more to read section.

Big hardcover of Maximum Minimum Wage by Bob Fingerman

Time for Bob Fingerman. I got this huge hardcover, 2 new trades and he gave me his novel Bottom Feeder for free as a bonus at the last Comic Arts LA show. The novel was a good page turner but the ending didn't hit for me.

OK some of the joints are too stiff. Great look but I wish it was more toy and less "adult collective" like some junk from NECA.

There were some fighting robot shows in the late 90s but not sure where that is now. It had a moment that might have extended until the early 2000s but I dont hear much about it in my circles now.

P.S. it is taking all my willpower to not chew on those boots. I doubt they taste the same as the classic 70s vintages #SourGrapes
