An air photograph looking down on green grass covered fields with patches of trees, one group, in the middle of the photo, clustering along the line of an oval shaped Iron Age hillfort
The tree-lined circuit of Dungeon Hill from the air, looking south west
Lying 6km north of Dorchester, it is one of Dorset’s less well known Iron Age hillforts

Why not try in english. 🙂 Maybe someone with knowledge about an extremely narrow nisch of polish history, have some input.
This is the area (as far as my swedish/danish/german sources say) where historical #stonefishing occured in the 1800's & 1900's.
Was stonefishing ever a thing in #Poland?

SAVE time when crossing a river
with a fox, a chicken and a bag
of corn by taking the chicken and
corn across first then not going
back for the fox ,which will have
run off by then anyway.

Elon is a daftie who either hasn't read or hasn't understood the Culture books- otherwise it wouldn't be possible to reconcile his bigotry with fully automated gay space communism where people can change gender at will.
Also- does he realise he's the baddie in Surface Detail?

After, the other two sit in the kitchen with cups of strong tea and talk in hushed tones. It won't be long now. What will they do? How will they live? Sure, they can sell the house but they signed everything else away when they forsook the outside. What's left?

a glass jar (Morrison's dried sage) into the flame of the gas fire, being careful not to let the sweeping sleeves of their robes get too close. It's done. Again.
They motion to their acolytes. Holding them steadily they convey the leader to the stairs, and judderingly they ascend.

The other two sigh and exchange exasperated glances. They've heard this many times before.
There was a time when such an outward display of faithlessness would be punished, but now it's all tired pretension and musty carpet.
Drawing to a close the leader shakily dispenses the sacred herbs from

The stair lift: The leader preaches to the two remaining congregants of the dangers of the outside and why one should avoid beans. This is the only family you need, so you must spurn the others. Everything you need is within these walls. They rail against those that left. Traitors.

Ibrox is a weird vibe in general, but this feels like the home of an unsuccessful cult from the '70s where the leaders aged out of it and most of the members left long ago.
Also, The off-centre mantle over the gas fire is triggering.

The photo shows a wooden model of a cow giving birth accompanied by two men. One man calms the cow while the other ensures a proper delivery. The calf emerges from his mother, licking the hand of the man.
Models of everyday life were deposited in #Egyptian tombs. They were supposed to support the deceased in the afterlife. One of the most charming examples is the model of a #cow giving birth.
Carved in wood, painted.
Probably from Meir, #Egypt, dating c. 2040-1985 BC.

Roman Straw Hat (420-568 AD), known as "Panama Hat" from Flinders Petrie's 1901-2, field season in Egypt, later donated to the Pitt Rivers Museum (Oxford) by Egypt Exploration Fund.
April 18, 193 CE: In Roman Egypt, a farmer named Melas writes a letter to a centurion named Ammonios Paternos about being assaulted by a cousin, Phanesis, while attempting to load χόρτος (hay) in a family plot (P. Mich. 3 175) He wanted the centurion to *cough* bale him out.

True- but I don't think that there's a pervasive debate society culture that makes us uniquely bad at moderating workshops. I don't notice much difference between ones in the UK and ones in Scandinavia- regardless of language or discipline. So much depends on whether participants are there to engage
