Commander brackets should exclude current Bracket 1 and cedh. Brackets should be an intention/rule 0 discussion tool. B1 and cedh don't need that tool as everyone knows what "oops all chairs", "off-meta cedh" and "cedh" mean.

I wish there was a non-cedh bracket that just banned all intentional inf. combos as part of the "deck building". For me, mass land denial, chaining of turns and infinite combos are much more likely to ruin a game than any amount of GC cards (even if I had 0 gc)

For anyone still trying to get their head around the ends of the new bracket scale, it's about mindset and deck construction. You have to go out of your way to end up with an Exhibition (1) or CEDH (5) deck. You don't build them by mistake.
They already gave you in written the reasons for every card on the list. Did you read it? :0
Maybe your deck fits this quote: "Of course, it doesn't have to have any Game Changers to be a Bracket 3 deck: many decks are more powerful than a preconstructed deck, even without them!"
If you read the article you would know there is more to it than just game changers list. Bracket 1 is very definite pack of decks.
Commander was made as a format for people who wanted to play casually instead of competitive 1vs1. Then players made a competitive version of it. Now we got brackets for people who want to play casually and I am already seeing people making competitive bracket 2 plans. Stop! 🤣 #mtg #mtgbrackets
