"This is one of the last three intact windmills in Ireland of a type known as a Tower Mill... built by Nicholes Moran in 1846 and was re-thatched in 1908. Used up till 1936, it was re-constructed in 1952."

Hi there -- we were surprised to see this as well, all the images seem to be set to "private". That account has been active and up and running since it was restored (and Flickr.com adjusted how search worked with these sorts of images) in 2022. We'll see if the folks at Flickr.com know anything.
