I guess how collegiately HR/Academic/Compliance staff work together definitely has an affect on setting workable processes (and ongoing flexibility/mutual understanding). UKVI are woolly yet overly precise all at the same time which doesn't help! Is a ruddy minefield trying to maintain balance..

Head of Visas here. Behind that perceived pointless action is a staff member living in utter fear of f*cking up the application of the 100's pages of constantly changing UKVI Sponsor Licence requirements and them inadvertently losing said Licence and their institution really 'getting in the bin'..
