honestly, going from Plum to Alaris and back to Plum, Plum pumps aren’t as bad as the reputation they get (but God do I miss having multiple channels lol)

I have a student on rotation with me which means teaching on pressors - I always love going *why* the different pressors have different receptor effects and thus clinical effects rather than just spitting out the facts

it essentially is, just rounded a little differently
0.25mg/kg rounded UP to the next 2.5mg rather than the nearest 0.5mg or 1mg
