De gezamenlijke basislijn blijkt een dode letter. Partijen blijven niet ‘binnen de grenzen' (#1,5). Partijen houden ‘elkaar en anderen’ niet ‘heel’ (#7), gelet op ‘polariserende omgangsvormen’ (Achahbar). Waar blijft de ‘bestuurscultuur die een constructieve bijdrage levert’ (#7)?
🌐 Art. 90 (bevordering internationale rechtsorde): de bezuinigingen van 1 miljard op ontwikkelingssamenwerking schaden de bescherming van o.m. mensen-, vrouwen- en LHBTi-rechten in andere landen.
🎓 Art. 23 (onderwijs): er vonden toch demonstraties plaats tegen de bezuinigingen op hoger onderwijs en de #langstudeerboete. De maatregelen zijn in strijd met eerdere afspraken en zetten de kwaliteit en toegankelijkheid onder druk. www.advocatenorde.nl/nieuws/negen...
🍀 Art. 21 (verbetering leefmilieu): Deze week deed het Gerechtshof uitspraak in de #klimaatzaak Shell/ Milieudefensie. Ook trof Greenpeace de Staat in de rechtbank tav de gebrekkige stikstofaanpak. Het kabinet wil mogelijk de toegang tot de rechter van belangenorganisaties beperken (art. 17 Gw).
👩👩👦👦 Art. 9 (#demonstratierecht): dit recht staat al jaren onder druk. Met het dagenlange demonstratieverbod in Amsterdam begaf de burgemeester zich op glad ijs. Een debat vol generalisaties: islamitische jongeren zouden ‘onze normen en waarden’ niet onderschrijven (Nobel). Binnenskamers mogelijk racistischer: ‘halalvreters’, ‘pus’, ‘genen’ en ‘DNA’.
