Today I learned about Invoker Commands.
Our site has issues with buttons not working on newly rendered components (load more functionality, initial page load is fine) and this has been recommended as a fix.

Been feeling burnout slowly creeping in for the past two weeks.
I don’t have capacity to take a week off so I’m trying to dedicate a little time to my personal projects.
Yesterday I set up discord notifications for automated project backups and built a data filter feature users keep asking for.
I replied with a cost breakdown of domain, hosting and app store fees.
Explained what would be required from a tech-point and recommended some services.
Also offered to throw together an mvp for her this weekend as I fully support her cause and what she's trying to achieve ❤️
Would love to see that person try to navigate the admin of launching, hosting and getting app store approval for a bunch of code they didn't write and don't know how to run.
This morning a non-techie friend posted on fb that they wanted to launch a free info app but had no idea where to start or what the costs involved are.
Someone replied with "get ChatGPT to do it".
OK but then what? How does a non-technical person make use of code they already don't understand?

Todays progress and I have successfully returned a film name from an image 🥳
Next steps is testing other film posters and adding more keywords to exclude to reduce the amount of API calls I'm making.
This week we have a firebreak where we get to work on a project of our choice. I've chosen to explore extracting text from movie posters then hitting some APIs to return movie data.
Extracting text from images using OCR was easy but deciding whats useful in that text is proving not so easy 😅

What Filament/Laravel media packages are people using?
We've been using the Curator package (which has been great) but a request has been made for directories and managing folder structures for organising our media, which Curator doesn't seem to support.

A couple of months later and I realise this was a poor tech choice on my part.
Currently attempting to upgrade from Remix.js v2 to React Router v7 and the entire process is proving painful.

Managed to get my new self-hosted Ghost cms instance up and running yesterday, the editor is just so nice to use.
Think I may eventually use it headless with an 11ty frontend.
So pretty! If not full coverage, this would work well on a dyed fabric I think.
