In Chinese culture, the tiger is no mere beast but a born ruler. The stripes on its forehead resemble 王, the character for “king,” marking it as sovereign of the wild. It embodies raw courage and martial power, which is why Chinese tradition speaks of tiger generals, tiger warriors, and 1/2

Writing physical letters is pretty sweet, plus it allows the writer to exercise calligraphy, making the letter artistic and unique in a way. Definitely more colorful than writing an email or social media post. Zhuge Liang deserves both the temple and the praise.
I do not think I would want my resting place to become a tourist trap after I pass on! Funny pictures though, I am sure some time travelers would have a fun time showing these off to the real Cao Cao. Interesting find and thanks for sharing!

In 1994 Three Kingdoms, the court robes (朝服) worn by the officials are based on actual uniform worn in the Han Dynasty.
Civil officials wore black & a hat called "Jinxian-guan"(进贤冠) while military is red & a "wuguan"(武冠) or "wubian"(武弁)-hat, sometimes decorated with two pheasant feathers. -> (1/7)

Zhao Yun's battle at Changban, from Romance of the Three Kingdoms 1994
Liu Bei: I know well that you whip the soldiers after drinking. This will bring disaster, so be lenient from now on. Stop behaving that way. Zhang Fei: I will keep this in mind. Zhang Da & Fan Qiang: As you asked General Zhang, we searched all across the land, but white cloth has been scarce. They might not be ready within three days. Zhang Fei: I'm disappointed by this news, but I'm still thankful that you tried your best to get the white cloth for me. I won't punish you, and I hope you'll get them soon.
Perhaps in a different timeline, Zhang Fei actually took Liu Bei's warning to heart and stops using the whip for every inconvenience.
