My multidisciplinary art studio workshop is always evolving. Today I’m making 4 curtains panels from a secondhand curtain panel. Then I’ll get back to the project I’m procrastinating on. Here’s Rauschenberg making sewing super safe and ergonomic. Bonus: Is this pet giving OMEN?

Learned to make the @corefabrics belt bag at @craftemporiumpdx . These were gifts which incorporated found/secondhand materials or new from small local businesses. It may not look like art as resistance but it sure feels like it to me. Yes I’m holding my first bag like a trophy fish.

And here’s the finished vase! I underglazed the design and then painted wax on before glazing to achieve a fun contrast in texture.

1st anniversary of a kiln named Dolly being in my home. Gifted by the best human and neighbor. Pictured on my porch is said Kiln along with my friend Whitney and myself posed in a hug.

I just made 5 curtains for my art studio out of a secondhand flat bedsheet. Eventually I plan to block print them and maybe dye them as well.

Fun fact: You can usually find these little guys (the real crabs) on the lava rocks near shore in Hawaii hopping from rock to rock.
