It’s time, a body that facilitates, but also prioritising….

(I have times where even walking feels impossible - but know that running is what keeps me mobile) …

For me - this time helps me think creatively, strategically and with hope.

Miles on feet is indeed a huge, wonderful privilege.

BBC presenter's shock over mum's body donation revelation BBC presenter Lucy Owen finds out why her mum wants to donate her body to medical science.

What an incredibly poignant piece of reporting by the BBC.

Lots to think about.

Any chance we think this might actually work?
Or are we just compounding our doom by splitting the pack even further … ?
Answers on a postcard.

In any other country, if federal agents fired upon journalists when unprovoked — what would we call it?

If federal agents marched down streets demanding papers — what would we say?

Authoritarianism — let’s not pretend it’s something else when it happens in our American cities.

Just putting my head above the parapet to ask :

How many have returned to X?

And if you have: why?

And if you haven’t and 🦋 isn’t meeting your needs - where else do you go most regularly?

(Genuinely curious question!)

Was curious about the post - Sounds like an exciting post for someone - but the link only goes to the job page - not the actual Job posting? Worth amending?

How we can smash Britain’s two-party system for good at the next election | George Monbiot Labour is beyond repair. Time for a co-ordinated strategy to support progressive parties committed to electoral reform, says Guardian columnist George Monbiot

By betraying his voters so comprehensively and so soon, Keir Starmer has done us a favour. He has given us 4 years to design the government we want.
In this week's column I explain how it can be done. There's massive
potential, but we need to start now. 🧵

The scope of this madness is 🤯

For all the scientists in America affected…and the work for the rest of us that they do…I weep.

I can only think we fight it with hope, patience, and continued rebellion ….

Still so excited by our paper!

Multidisciplinary, creative, innovative & fun: this was “doing” science at its best 🚀🧪
Helpful that it a) reveals (quantitatively) that human #islets retain a conserved mantle-core structure & b) offers a nuanced tool to compare the subtleties of data distributions.
