Today was different. I went to help out a family member for a few hours and just got back. Got some chores to do but it's nice to have a morning that doesn't follow the same old, same old.

Saw a #rainbow today. No matter that I know what causes them or how many times I see one. They are still magical to me.

But...not sure how many 80-y-o women affirming their right-to-have-rights as citizens and totally grown up functioning political agents it's going to take before they stop being patronised as 80-y-o women. As though being an old woman and doing politics were somehow mutually exclusive.

With #Artemis2 still in our minds, we sat down this evening to finally watch Hidden Figures. What a fantastic movie and inspirational story, everyone should give it a watch.
