this won't help at all but when i was a kid those came in the mail from friends. like they actually spent the time to hand write them then send them in the mail. with a stamp and everything 😂I was't allowed to do them so i got the good no no juice from mum from an early age.

I'm going to appeal maybe get a lawyer to take it to tribunal. i'm so tired I don't think I'll try again if this doesn't go through. which is exactly what they want
second application. the first was rejected so we put a whole new application together and then the fuckers used my old application to assess as well. Apparently I haven't exhausted all option to basically cure my mental health when I have an incurable illness.
