Think I’m recovered after a third bout of Covid. Rested Mon to Fri but ran 5km easy yesterday, and 9km plus 2.35km today.
Abu Dhabi marathon is on the horizon in 7 weeks.

Recovering from Covid (3 weeks ago) and today’s #YorkshireMarathon was too much, too soon. Nothing in my legs so ran off the course at 17km. Not how I wanted the day to go but time for some rest now and then get ready for the #AbuDhabiMarathon in December.
