Yeah. Just the anticipation is stressing me out. Trying to troubleshoot my body getting through everything.
I hope you recover to your baseline soon!

Really hoping I don't crash hard from this week. Several days of unavoidable tiring activities. One down, more to go. Already feeling it.
Thanks to Julia for her thoughtful piece on the end of SELF Magazine, with its longform, conversational articles about women's health. Here's why it's such a shame to see it go: 🧵
SELF consistently put out some of the best articles on migraine. This is a big loss for that type of exposure and sharing information.
The latest Global Burden of Disease (GBD) estimates for #headache are in. GBD2023 paints a picture consistent with previous estimates, but provides more detail about medication overuse headache and how much time people spend with headache. Read more on MSC.

I didn't leave Boston because I wanted to. I got too sick to work and couldn't afford to stay there. Hence Big Emotions from watching one of my favorite Boston events.
Watching all the elite marathoners pass by my old apartment building and head into Cleveland Circle. Brings up Big Emotions. This was my favorite day to be in Boston.
I'm not sure how well it has aged but I loved it back in the day. Robin Williams was a treasure.
Robin Williams and Matt Damon as their characters in Good Will Hunting. They're sitting on a park bench.
I think I have this DVD somewhere.
I'm followed pretty closely because of some weird eye stuff I've been having. My regular eye doc checks me but also saw opthalmology.
I don't usually share if there isn't alt text in attached images, but the full text is available so making an exception.

I lived at Mile 22 for eight years and it was always exciting when the medical tent and porta potties got delivered. It meant Marathon day was coming!

I put a reminder on my calendar. 💜
I'm not feeling well enough to respond tonight. If tomorrow isn't too late, I can try to remember to email in the morning.
They all went on extravagant family vacations and I got to see some local educational historical site.
SELF Magazine? There was a period where they consistently had some of the best coverage of migraine of any major publication. I'm not sure if it was a writer on staff with migraine or what but it was impressive.
My state return was supposed to be $27 and I got back $300 and they’ve sent no letter explaining the adjustment. So until I know it’s not a screw up, that money isn’t getting spent. I don’t trust them!
Any of my #MigraineChat friends a patient at Montefiore headache clinic in NYC?

To be clear, I know it has been like this for a long time. I'm just nosy and want to know who called me without answering.
When did it start costing money to do a reverse phone number lookup? That's so annoying.
Yes, this is so important!
