Hey #migrainechat I'm now 3 weeks until vyepti but stuck in a week long flare. Is a whole month/4 weeks of wear-off period at all normal or should I chalk this up to other things going on? Last quarter I did most definitely have a flare 2 weeks prior, but 4?

Brekiya pros: seemed to work better then the nasal spray DHE which I can never get to go in my nose (the non fancy kind).
Cons: autoinjector is pretty painful. Even icing beforehand. Left a welt and bruise.

#MigraineChat have any of you been diagnosed with a Rathke Cleft Cyst? I recently found out I have an 8mm one after a brain MRI. My headache Neuro (yay I finally got one!) took it seriously but the surgeon looked at me and was basically like, "nah, not a problem." The surgeon was NOT impressive
