BLAST Tool Update 🧬
BLAST up to 5 comparison sequences in a single job (instead of 1 per job). This update also uses less storage per BLAST job, and BLAST+ has been updated from 2.16 to 2.17.

The CARD tool in Proksee has been updated to RGI v6.0.3 and CARD DB 4.0.1.

We have added a new feedback feature to Proksee.
You can share comments, suggestions, and report issues using the Feedback button at the top of the page and elsewhere in Proksee. We would love to hear what is working well, what could be improved, and any ideas for new features or tools.
Proksee now supports NCBI assembly accessions.
You can use GCF (RefSeq) and GCA (GenBank) assembly accessions to create new projects and in analysis tools such as BLAST and FastANI.
Updated PNG Export Limit: 16,000 × 16,000
You can now download PNG images of your maps at resolutions up to 16,000 × 16,000 pixels (double the previous limit). This enables high-quality image downloads for large-format printing and detailed visual analysis.
New in Proksee: genome sequence search. 🔍
Search for exact DNA sequences or regex patterns on the map. Hover over results to highlight matches and add them as features with a click. Try it via the new “Search Sequence” button.
